PURPOSE:To provide a phase change type information recording medium not increasing error rate even when the frequency of overwriting is increased and having high reliability and to provide an information processor. CONSTITUTION:This information recording medium 1 has a substrate 3, a 1st inorg. dielectric protective layer 5 having high heat conductivity under the substrate 3, a 2nd inorg. dielectric protective layer 7 having a low coefft. of thermal expansion under the layer 5, a recording layer 9 based on an alloy represented by (In3SbTe2)1-xSbx under the layer 7, a 2nd inorg. dielectric protective layer 11 under the layer 9, a 1st inorg. dielectric protective layer 13 under the layer 11, a reflecting layer 15 under the layer 13 and an org. protective layer 17 under the layer 15. The recording layer hardly undergoes a change in the compsn. at the time of repeating overwriting. |
