PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a metallic porous body that miniaturizes a pore diameter to realize a high surface area.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a metallic porous body is characterized by comprising: a plating step having a step of impregnating the pores of an epoxy resin monolith with an electroless plating liquid, to form an electroless plated layer on the surface of the epoxy resin skeleton of the monolith; and the step of thermolysis-removing the epoxy resin skeleton after the plating step. |
