PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control valve which efficiently transmits heat of a hot medium fluid to a control valve's valve body, a valve seat part, and a driving part such as a plunger and a suction element, effectively prevents moisture from adhering to these members, freezing, and inhibiting a valve function, suppresses valve characteristic change caused by temperature change to a low level, and makes water less likely to adhere thereto and remain therein.SOLUTION: A control valve 10 includes: a valve chamber including a valve seat 30 having a valve port 28 through which a fluid passes; and a driving part 36 which moves a valve body 44 in a direction that moves away from the valve seat 30. In the control valve 10, the driving part 36 moves the valve body 44 in the direction that moves away from the valve seat 30 to cause the valve body 44 to open and close the valve port of the valve seat 30. A hot medium flow passage 76 is formed at the outer peripheral side of the valve seat 30 and the driving part 36. |
