PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress reflection occurring between a waveguide and a microstrip line, in a converter where a substrate type waveguide is interposed between the waveguide and microstrip line.SOLUTION: A converter (1) includes a first dielectric layer (102), a substrate type waveguide (12) constituted of a first planar conductor (101) and a second planar conductor (103), a waveguide (11) connected with the substrate type waveguide (12), and a microstrip line (13). (1) A matching element (101b) is disposed in a first opening (101a), and a matching element (103b) is not disposed in a second opening (103a), or (2) a first matching element (101b) is disposed in the first opening (101a), and the second matching element (103b) is disposed in the second opening (103a).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
