An object of the present invention, regarding an electric heating type heater core to be used for vehicle air conditioning, is to provide a vehicle air conditioning electric heating type heater core which has a versatile structure capable of ensuring temperature uniformity even when blow amount distribution exists in a blowing air passage and a vehicle air conditioning device provided therewith. A vehicle air conditioning electric heating type heater core (100) according to the present invention includes a heat exchange portion (10) which has plural tubes (2) and fins (3), and a header (4) to which the respective tubes are connected; while an electric heating component 1 is arranged at the inside of the header, the respective tubes and the header form a closed-system flow passage (50), and liquid heat medium L is filled into the closed-system flow passage. |
