PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrostatic charge image developer that can suppress the occurrence of image failure even in a high-temperature and high-humidity environment to provide images with less density variation.SOLUTION: There is provided an electrostatic charge image developer that contains a toner having toner base particles containing at least a binder resin and having an external additive with a number average particle diameter of 100 nm or more and 500 nm or less externally added to the surface of the toner base particles, and porous elastomer particles having a number average particle diameter of 1 μm or more and 30 μm or less, where the porous elastomer particles contain one or more types of oil having a polarity reverse to that of the external additive. |
