PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a near-infrared ray cut filter having a steep absorption range and excellent visible light transmittance characteristics, which are difficult to achieve in the conventional near-infrared ray cut filter using a phthalocyanine compound, and a device using the near-infrared ray cut filter.SOLUTION: In a near-infrared ray cut filter, association of coloring matter in resin is suppressed and a specific phthalocyanine compound is contained. |
