The connector for electrical connection pertaining to the present invention is provided with a first contact part, the first contact part coming into contact with a second contact part provided to an inlet, establishing an electrical connection with the inlet. This connector for electrical connection is provided with a contact point section, a holding mechanism, and a linking member. The contact point section is provided partway along an electrical path including the first contact part and the second contact part. The holding mechanism moves between a first position for holding the contact state between the first contact part and the second contact part, and a second position at which the contact state is disabled. The linking member opens the contact point section in linkage with the holding mechanism moving from the first position to the second position. |
