PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a touch panel sensor having good designing property.SOLUTION: A touch panel sensor 30 includes: a substrate film including index matching layers 70, 75; a first transparent conductor 40 disposed on one side of the substrate film 32; and a second transparent conductor 45 disposed on the other side of the substrate film 32. A region overlapping both of the transparent conductors 40, 45 is denoted by a double-transparent conductive region R2; a region overlapping one of the transparent conductors 40, 45 is denoted by a single transparent conductive region R11, R12; and a region overlapping none of the transparent conductors 40, 45 is denoted by a non-transparent conductive region R0. The index matching layers 70, 75 are configured to give 1% or less of a difference in the reflectance of light among the regions R2, R11, R12, R0. A region occupying the largest area in an active area among the regions R2, R11, R12, R0 has the greatest reflectance. |
