PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas barrier film laminate which has sufficient gas barrier properties and is excellent in durability of gas barrier properties, a method of producing the gas barrier film laminate and a production apparatus for the gas barrier film laminate.SOLUTION: A gas barrier film laminate 1 consists of a plurality of gas barrier films 10 laminated together through adhesive layers 20, and at least one of the gas barrier films 10 is a polysilazane modified film provided with a polysilazane modified layer which is formed by applying a polysilazane containing liquid to at least one side of a substrate 11 to form a polysilazane layer and carrying out a modification treatment of irradiating the polysilazane layer with vacuum-ultraviolet light. The gas barrier film laminate 1 has a structure in which the adhesive layer 20 and the polysilazane modified layer come in contact with each other. |
