PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide hot press forming equipment which can position and hold a steel plate with simple constitution.SOLUTION: Hot press forming equipment 1 performing press forming on a heated steel plate W is provides and includes: a heating device 20 heating the steel plate; a press mold 11 which is arranged below the eating device 20, and performs mold clamping/opening in horizontal direction; and a transporting device 40 which includes a supporting member 41 supporting the steel plate W and transports the steel plate heated by the heating device 20 to a position for forming performed by the press mold 11. The supporting member 41 includes a receiving surface 43 receiving the lower edge of the steel plate W and a clamping mechanism 45 performing a clamping operation from the width direction of the steel plate W with self-weight of the steel plate W upon receiving steel plate W on the receiving surface 43. |
