PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooler cooling a heating element while entailing the self-induced vibration displacement of a fluid, and capable of stably continuing the self-induced vibration displacement.SOLUTION: A cooling fan 40 increases a cooling quantity of a cooling section 142 by increasing a flow volume of air sprayed to the cooling section 142, and sets the cooling quantity of the cooling section 142 larger as a frequency Nin of self-induced vibration of refrigerant becomes higher. That is, the cooling fan 40 regulates the cooling quantity so that a balance is kept between the cooling quantity of the cooling section 142 and a heating value of a heating element 12. It is, therefore, possible to suppress the imbalance between the heating value of the heating element 12 and the cooling quantity of the cooling section 142 and to stably continue the self-induced vibration of the refrigerant. |
