A pourer device with detachable mount portion 20, and a guide chute 30 to shape the fluid into a narrower flow. Preferably, the mount portion attaches to the neck of a bottle. Preferably, the chute forms a channel or funnel, with a wide entry portion 32 and narrow distal portion. Preferably, the entry portion is angled upwardly at 45°, and comprises a curved portion matching curvature of the bottle neck. Preferably, a pivot mount 38 on a lower surface allows an in-use and a storage configuration, and is locked in the in-use position. Preferably, the mount portion comprises two curved half ring midsections 25, which are resilient or attached using a quick mountable clip. Preferably, the mount portion comprises sealing means.
