PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure waterproofness of a roof through a relatively simple process when a solar cell module is fitted on the roof.SOLUTION: A through hole is bored in a roof material, with which a roof substrate material is roofed, by using a tool. A jig which has a rod-like main body part and a projection part projecting in a crossing direction crossing the axial direction of the main body part is put in the through hole and rotated around the main body part so as to remove waste of the roof material produced in a first process by the projection part from a region from the through hole to the roof substrate material along the penetration direction of the through hole. Then processing for pressing a waterproof material into the through hole and processing for running a screw through a fitting part of a frame, arranged on the roof material, and the through hole and fastening the screw into the roof substrate material are carried out so as to fix the frame to the roof substrate material while arranging the waterproof material from inside of the through hole to the part of the roof substrate material where the screw is fastened into. Then a solar cell module is fitted to the frame. |
