PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable light-emitting device which allows for enhancement of the operation will of a user.SOLUTION: A portable light-emitting device L includes a receiving part 9 for receiving an emission valid signal transmitted wirelessly from an external transmitter, a light-emitting section 1, and a control board 5 for controlling the light-emitting section 1. When a predetermined operation is performed for the portable light-emitting device L within a valid time set based on the emission valid signal, the control board 5 controls the light-emitting section 1 so as to emit light in a predetermined emission mode, otherwise the control board 5 controls the light-emitting section 1 so as not to emit light, or to emit light in an emission mode different from the predetermined emission mode. |
