PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress generation of cracks at a connection place between a frame crosspiece part and an external frame part.SOLUTION: A frame 20 includes: a crosspiece part 21 that connects a plurality of piezo-electric elements 60 in a state of being separated to one another so as to be arranged in one line; an external frame part 22 that surrounds the plurality of piezo-electric elements 60 and the crosspiece part 21 and connects the crosspiece part 21; and a notch 23 that is formed at a connection place 24 between the crosspiece part 21 and the external frame part 22. The notch 23 is formed in an arcuate shape cut off by a curve that is convex from a crosspiece part 21 side toward an external frame part 22 side. |
