PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-strength polyarylenesulfide-based composition useful for electrical component applications such as electrical/electronic components or vehicle electrical components because it is especially excellent in electric characteristics such as tracking resistance and excellent in high toughness, melting fluidity, mold releasability, molded product appearance and dimensional stability.SOLUTION: There is provided a high-strength polyarylenesulfide-based composition which comprises: 20 to 50 wt.% of a polyarylenesulfide (A); 0.5 to 20 wt.% of an ethylene-vinylalcohol-based copolymer (B); 20 to 70 wt.% of magnesium hydroxide (C); and 10 to 50 wt.% of a fibrous filler (D) having a flat cross-sectional shape. |
