PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep safety operation even when a heating load and a cooling load are unbalanced, in a dehumidification air conditioning device using both of a desiccant rotor and a heat pump device.SOLUTION: A desiccant rotor 20 is disposed over an air conditioning chamber 12 and a regeneration chamber 14. A compressor 44 of a heat pump device 40, an air cooler 50, an air heater 46, and an expansion valve 48 are provided. An expansion tank 60 is provided on a coolant circulating path 42 through branch paths 52 and 54, and the branch paths 52 and 54 are provided with electromagnetic open/close valves 56 and 58. When a state in which a rotation number detection value Rca of the compressor 44 is lower than a lower limit threshold RL and a discharge pressure detection value Pad is smaller than a discharge pressure setting value Pas exceeds setting time t1, the discharge pressure setting value Pas is reduced. When the rotation number detection value Rca exceeds an upper limit threshold RH, the discharge pressure setting value Pas is increased. |
