PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a backup technology for compensating an abnormality of advanced control by lower side control and an error absorption technology for absorbing an error of the advanced control by the lower side control.SOLUTION: A control device includes: an upper side control calculation section 10 for calculating an operation amount MV1 by advanced control calculation; an operation amount conversion section 11 for calculating an operation amount lower limit value OL and an operation amount upper limit value OH by providing a predetermined operation amount width to the operation amount MV1; a lower side control calculation section 20 for calculating an operation amount MV2 by feedback control calculation; a limit processing section 21 for performing limit processing to limit the operation amount MV2 to the operation amount lower limit value OL or more and the operation amount upper limit value OH or less; a control cycle counting section 23 for counting a frequency N of a predetermined control cycle; a processing cycle counting section 24 for counting a frequency M of the control cycle in which the operation amount MV2 is limited by the limit processing section 21; and an index calculation section 25 for calculating an index &bgr; on the basis of a count result of the processing cycle counting section 24. |
