A passive safe cooling system comprises a water replenishing tank (110), an advanced safe filling tank (120), a built-in material replacing water tank (130), a pressure releasing system (140), a passive emergency water supply system (150), and a passive safe housing cooling system (160). The water replenishing tank (110), the advanced safe filling tank (120), the built-in material replacing water tank (130) and the pressure releasing system (140) are all disposed in a safe housing (200) and are separately communicated with a pressure container (210). The passive emergency water supply system (150) sealedly penetrates through the safe housing (200), corresponds to a steam generator (220) disposed in the safe housing (200) and is used for implementing water supply reflowing and heat output of the steam generator (220). The passive safe housing cooling system (160) sealedly penetrates through the safe housing (200) so as to enable the heat in the safe housing (200) to be output out of the safe housing (200). Without intervention of an active system and an operator, the passive safe cooling system can be used for effectively implementing safety functions such as reactor core reactivity control, afterheat output and radioactive substance containment under accident conditions, and for ensuring that a reactor core can be effectively cooled and maintained in a safe shutdown state, so that the safety of a nuclear power station is improved and the building cost and operating cost of the nuclear power station are greatly reduced. |
