PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for predicting the amount of greenhouse gas emission of a commercial printing press capable of easily predicting the amount of greenhouse gas emission generated associated with printing.SOLUTION: The device for predicting the amount of greenhouse gas emission includes: a printing condition input tool 40 having a production number input part 11, a production speed input part 12, a paper size input part 13, a paper thickness input part 14, and a paper kind input part 15; a normal paper/loss paper consumed amount calculation part 21 for calculating the total consumed amount of the sheet 1 based on information from the printing condition input tool 40; a power consumption amount calculation part 22 for calculating the consumed power based on the print speed input in the printing condition input tool 40 and the total consumed amount of the sheet 1 calculated by the normal paper/loss paper consumed amount calculation part 21; an operation device 50 having an operation processing part 50A for calculating the amount of the greenhouse gas emission associated with consumption of the sheet 1 and the power based on the information from the normal paper/loss paper consumed amount calculation part 21 and the power consumption amount calculation part 22 to find a CFP value; and a display 31 and a printer 32 for displaying the result of the operation device 50. |
