PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enlarge the foot support surfaces of a wheelchair, and also to enable the adjustment of height and forward and backward inclination in response to the level of disorder of a user.SOLUTION: A wheelchair foot support attachment is configured by allowing an attachment 30 for adjusting support surfaces to be freely attached/detached to/from foot supports 19 arranged on the front side of the seat of a wheelchair. The wheelchair foot support attachment includes as the attachment: a support table 31 whose front end side is supported by the foot supports and whose rear end side is supported on the side of a car body frame 1; and a support frame 32 for supporting the rear end side of the support table on the side of the car body frame. The attachment also includes positioning parts for regulating the position movement of the support table with respect to the support frame. Besides, height adjustment parts for adjusting the support height of the support table on the rear side are arranged on the side of the support frame. The rear end of the support table is extended backward at least to a position just under the seat front end so as to allow the feet of a user of the wheelchair sitting on the seat to be supported at the position just under the front end of the seat.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
