PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To uniformly form a thin shell layer on the surface of a core, or improve fixability or blocking property of toner.SOLUTION: Toner includes a plurality of toner particles 10 each having a core 11 and a shell layer 12 formed on the surface of the core 11. The core 11 and the shell layer 12 do not include dispersant therebetween. A manufacturing method of the toner includes the steps of: forming the core 11; mixing the material of the shell layer 12 and the core 11 in a liquid containing no dispersant; binding the material of the shell layer 12 and the core 11 in the liquid containing no dispersant to form the toner particles 10 having the core 11 and the shell layer 12 formed on the surface of the core 11; and performing solid-liquid separation of the liquid containing no dispersant and containing the toner particles 10. |
