PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the accommodation of a user terminal to a specific BAS function according to a user contract target ISP, when a PPPoE session with the user terminal is terminated by one of a plurality of BAS functions aggregated in a carrier network.SOLUTION: A packet for declaring a contact target ISP from the user terminal is transferred from a distribution functional unit 1 to a pre-response BAS functional unit 2, and contract target ISP information generated thereby and session information are reported to a distribution control functional unit 4. The distribution control functional unit 4 sets the distribution functional unit 1 to transfer the packet from the user terminal to a corresponding ISP-by-ISP BAS functional unit 3, and reports the session information to the corresponding ISP-by-ISP BAS functional unit 3. Thus, the distribution control functional unit 4 transfers subsequent packets from the user terminal to a specific ISP-by-ISP BAS functional unit 3 according to the user contract target ISP, to enable termination of the PPPoE session. |
