PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an external displacement amount detector for a sprinkler head, the detector being capable of checking a state of a displacement of a heat sensitive element.SOLUTION: An external displacement amount detector for a sprinkler head, the head including a head body having a water outlet, a valve to open and close the water outlet of the head body, and a support mechanism to support the valve, the support mechanism having a heat sensitive element and a movable member to move according to a displacement of the heat sensitive element, is provided with displacement amount detection means that is pressed against the sprinkler head to detect the displacement of the heat sensitive element on the basis of a travel of the movable member. |
