PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an epoxy adhesive which is hardenable at low temperatures, gives a hardened product after hardening white color or a color close to white and improves the adhesive strength of a lens.SOLUTION: An epoxy adhesive is used for fixing a lens 12 to a printed wiring board 11 mounted with an optical semiconductor 11a and comprises an epoxy compound having two or more epoxy groups, a thiol compound having two or more thiol groups, a latent hardening accelerator containing a nitrogen atom and an inorganic filler of a degree of whiteness of 70 or higher. The content of the inorganic filler is 1-30 wt.% in 100 wt.% of an epoxy adhesive. The epoxy adhesive contains no organic solvent or contains an organic solvent in a content of 5 wt.% or lower in 100 wt.% of the epoxy adhesive. |
