PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easy assembling diaphragm pump for fluid having a less number of component elements.SOLUTION: This invention relates to a diaphragm pump comprising a diaphragm aggregate 5 including three or four diaphragms 50 opened along an axial one direction L1 and axial right angle crossing planer lateral membranes 54 integrally connecting diaphragms 50 under peripheral-equal distributed state; and a case member 8 where an output shaft 91 of a motor 9 is inserted from the other axial direction L2. The case member 8 has three or four clover-shaped storing space 80 opened along an axial one direction L1 and the lateral membranes 54 of the diaphragm aggregate 5 are supported at an opening end surface 81 where the storing space 80 of the case member 8 is opened.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
