PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brain image generation device that generates a brain image by a simple procedure.SOLUTION: A brain image generation device registers clinic MRI data and its brain chart data in a brain image database 120 as a template, and obtains the brain chart data (three-dimensional data of several ten-thousand points) of a subject by using a non-contact type three-dimensional digitizer (photographing device 20). Using a template matching method, the brain image generation device selects from the brain image database 120, a template to which the brain chart data approximates, and deforms the brain image of the selected template in accordance with the brain part shape (brain chart data) of the subject. Further, a brain image generation system maps MEG data or NIRS data on the deformed brain image. |
