PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle start determination device which can accurately determine an engine stall.SOLUTION: A vehicle start determination device which determines that an internal combustion engine is already started on condition that a prescribed post-start determination condition is established after the start of the internal combustion engine, comprises an ECU which determines that an engine stall occurs in the internal combustion engine on condition that an engine rotation number Ne reaches a prescribed rotation number Neth1 or lower after the internal combustion engine is determined to be already started, and temporarily stops ignition and fuel injection with respect to the internal combustion engine on condition that the reverse rotation of the internal combustion engine is detected. The prescribed post-start determination condition is set so that the engine rotation number Ne reaches a prescribed rotation number Neth2 or higher, and the temporary stop of the ignition and the fuel injection is not performed. |
