The hybrid flange (3) has a mounting flange (6) and a stabilizing flange (7) which are extended along parallel planes and are secured together. The mounting flange includes a projecting tubular piece (5) which faces an inner side (11) of stabilizing flange. The stabilizing flange includes an opening (8) in which the projecting tubular piece is inserted. The stabilizing flange is supported with inner side of mounting flange.
