PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tire cleaning method and a tire cleaning device, which enable easy and reliable removal of soil on a tire surface.SOLUTION: In a tire cleaning method, low-pressure steam under a pressure of 1.0 MPa or less is sprayed on a tire surface while a tire is rotated at a revolving speed of 30-300 rpm when the tire surface is washed. Preferably, even when particularly heavy soil adheres to the tire surface, the pressure of the low-pressure steam sprayed on the tire surface is set to be 0.2 MPa or more to increase soil removal efficiency. |
