PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drive circuit capable of adjusting a driving voltage.SOLUTION: A drive circuit 10 includes a charge pump circuit section 14. The charge pump circuit section 14 steps up a voltage Vs of a driving power supply 18 on the basis of a charge voltage charged in a capacitor C1 and generates a driving voltage Vgpr in an early stage of a transitional period when a main switching element SW10 is turned on. The charge pump circuit section 14 is configured so that the charge voltage charged in the capacitor C1 on the basis of an instruction signal S1 can be adjusted. |
