PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoluminescent toner that can provide an image in which a reduction in brightness is suppressed.SOLUTION: A photoluminescent toner includes toner particles containing a photoluminescent pigment, toner particles not containing the photoluminescent pigment and containing a black colorant, and toner particles not containing the photoluminescent pigment and the black colorant, where a ratio of the toner particles not containing the photoluminescent pigment and containing black colorant to the toner particles not containing the photoluminescent pigment is 50 number% or more.
