PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foamer dispenser that allows resin amounts used for a jet ring for holding a foam member to be reduced as much as possible and is simple in shape.SOLUTION: The foamer dispenser comprises a jet ring 13 for holding a foam member 12. The jet ring 13 comprises: an upper cylindrical part 13a that surrounds and holds the foam member 12; an intermediate cylindrical part 13c that is connected integrally to the upper cylindrical part 13a and recesses an outer peripheral wall 13b inside in a radial direction to support the foam member 12 from below; and a lower cylindrical part that is connected integrally to the intermediate cylindrical part 13c and contacts a plurality of longitudinal ribs 13e provided on the inner surface thereof with an outer peripheral surface of a hollow stem 7 to be fitted to and held by the hollow stem 7, and also forms a second ventilation passage A2 leading to a first ventilation passage A1 between the longitudinal ribs 13e. |
