PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water server in which a microorganism potentially existing in a circulation path is not brought into a container easily when a piping system is sterilized.SOLUTION: A water server is provided with a tank 3 storing drinking water, a heating means 4 heating the drinking water in the tank 3 to make high temperature water, a pump 10 flowing the high temperature water backward toward a tank conduit portion C2 including at least a container 1 to the tank 3 from the tank 3, and circulation paths C8, C9 returning the high temperature water being flowed backward toward the tank conduit portion C2 to the tank 3 again, wherein a control device 20 has a main sterilization treatment means which flows the high temperature water backward for a predetermined period by the pump 10 and sterilizes at least the tank conduit portion C2 and insides of the circulation paths C8, C9, and an auxiliary circulation treatment means which makes the drinking water remained in the circulation paths C8, C9 flow into the tank 3 by the pump 10 and heats it to sterilize by a heating means 4 before sterilization treatment by the main sterilization treatment means. |
