The pyroelectric element includes a light receiving part (20a) to detect infrared rays; and a signal output part (20b) to emit output signals based on the infrared rays detected by the light receiving part (20a), in which the passive sensor (20) is mounted to the external cover (18) with the light receiving part (20a) exposed outside the external cover (18). |
