The subject of the invention is a method of producing a moulded part from a material shielding radiation, consisting of a matrix of a synthetic polymer curable at normal or higher temperatures and shading particles distributed in this matrix of the size of 1.10 sup. – 10 n. 1.10 sup. up to - 2.n.m from at least one material of the group comprising the following metals: W, Pb, Ta, Bi, Fe, Gd, Zr, V, Y, Ba, Ca, Mg, Al, Lu, Eu, Ge, Sn and Ti and their compounds with O, H, S, N, C, F , Cl and J, preliminary distribution of shielding particles in the matrix outside the mould, casting a mixture of the matrix and the shielding particles into the mould, moulding the mixture of the matrix and the shielding particles in the mould and curing the mixture of the matrix and the shielding particles in the mould, whose principle consists in the fact that the preliminary distribution of the shielding particles outside the mould, casting the mixture of the matrix and the shielding particles into the mould and moulding the mixture of the matrix and the shielding particles in the mould and, possibly, curing the mixture of the matrix and the shielding particles in the mould, are conducted under the action of vibration of 50 Hz up to 1440 Hz and at the power input of 0.01 to 100 W / kg of the mixture of the matrix and the shielding particles as well as the moulded part producible by this method. |
