Provided are: a feeder coil (81) connected to a feeder circuit (9); a planar radiation conductor (7) that is disposed near the feeder coil (81) and has a notch section (7C) that overlaps a coil opening (CW) of the feeder coil (81) in plan view; and a back-plane metal body (5) that is disposed on the side opposite the planar radiation conductor (7) with respect to the feeder coil (81), and is disposed near the planar radiation conductor (7). On the back-plane metal body (5), formed is a cutout section (5C) having a shape that, in plan view, does not overlap at least a portion of the feeder coil (81) and that is different from the notch section (7C) of the planar radiation conductor (7).
