This communication device has: a first delay adjustment means (14) for delaying a first baseband signal; a second delay adjustment means (24) for delaying a second baseband signal; a synthesizing means (30) for synthesizing a first transmission signal generated from the first baseband signal and a second transmission signal generated from the second baseband signal, and generating a third transmission signal; and a compensation parameter control means (33) for outputting a first delay setting value and a second delay setting value to set the delay times of the first delay adjustment means (14) and the second delay adjustment means (24). In the compensation parameter control means (33), according to the result of comparison of an output signal, the first baseband signal, and the second baseband signal, the first delay setting value and the second delay setting value are generated in such a way as to reduce the difference in delay time between the first transmission signal and the second transmission signal. |
