<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for suppressing lysis of a microorganism, the microorganism having suppressed lytic tendency, a method for producing the microorganism, and a method for producing proteins, etc. by using the microorganism. <P>SOLUTION: There are provided the microorganism having suppressed lytic tendency by suppressing expression of at least one gene among cell wall teichoic acid synthase-associated gene of Bacillus subtilis or a gene corresponding to the gene, the method for producing the microorganism, the method for producing proteins or polypeptides by using the microorganism, and a method for suppressing lysis of a microorganism comprising a step to suppress expression of the cell wall teichoic acid synthase-associated gene or a gene corresponding to the gene in microorganisms containing the cell wall teichoic acid synthase-associated gene of Bacillus subtilis or a gene corresponding to the gene. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
