PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information output device, a detection device, a program, and an information output method capable of dealing with various error detection occurence factors.SOLUTION: An information output device 10 which outputs information on a photographed image of a subject comprises: an image area division unit 32 which divides the image into one or plural image areas; a feature quantity calculation unit 33 which calculates, for each image area, a feature quantity which is difference between the images from the plural images having different photographing times; an image area detection unit 34 which detects an image area varying in feature quantity on the basis of the feature quantity of each image area calculated by the feature quantity calculation unit; an exclusion area identification unit 35 which identifies an image area corresponding to a condition determined according to the environment of the subject from each image area included in the image; and an output unit 36 which outputs information on an image area excluding the image area identified by the identification unit from the image area detected by the detection unit. |
