PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a golf ball controlling flight performance of a driver shot and giving excellent controllability for an approach shot of 40 yard or less, especially an approach shot from around a green (approximately from 10 yard to 20 yard).SOLUTION: A golf ball includes a golf ball body having a number of dimples on the surface thereof, and a coating film provided on a surface of the golf ball body. The occupancy Y of all the dimples is 60% or more and 95% or less. The coating film has a storage elastic modulus (E') of 1.00×10dyn/cmor more and 1.00×10dyn/cmor less in a temperature range of 120°C-150°C, which is measured by a dynamic viscoelasticity device in a particular measurement condition, and a loss tangent (tanδ) of 0.050 or more in 10°C. |
