PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner for electrostatic charge image development that has an excellent heat storage property while suppressing a reduction in low-temperature fixability.SOLUTION: A toner for electrostatic charge image development contains particles having a core-shell structure composed of core particles consisting of an amorphous polyester resin and a crystalline polyester resin (A) having a weight average molecular weight of 7,500 or more and 40,000 or less, and shell layers consisting of a crystalline polyester resin (B) having a weight average molecular weight of 50,000 or more and 150,000 or less.
