PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that in a system which performs authentication by letting a user select a correct image from images sequentially displayed, it is troublesome for the user who wants to perform operation immediately because a plurality of operations to continuously select correct answers is needed.SOLUTION: An information processing device comprises: selection means to acquire a plurality of pieces of word information associated with user information and select an image including a region associated with each of the plurality of pieces of word information; display means to display the selected image; specification means to specify the word information associated with the region including a location in response to an action by a user to designate any location within the displayed image; and authentication means to perform authentication processing by comparing the word information specified by the specification means with the word information associated with the user information. When the authentication of the user succeeds, the information processing device performs simple authentication using pieces of word information fewer than the plurality of pieces of word information associated with the user information of the user, from the next authentication for the user. |
