PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid a stop of a fuel cell in a time zone in which the electricity rate is high.SOLUTION: A fuel cell power generation system includes: an SOFC 70 installed in a building 10 where system power 12 is fed and using combustible gas supplied to the building 10, as a fuel; and a HEMS 30 setting a date, on which the electricity rate of the system power 12 and the gas rate become cheap within 30 days from the start of operation of the SOFC 70, to the stopping time of the SOFC 70, and setting a time, on which a predetermined time has passed from the stopping time, to the recovery time for operating the SOFC 70. The HEMS 30 stops the SOFC 70 on the stopping time, and operates the SOFC 70 on the recovery time. |
