DATA PROCESSOR USING NON-CONTACT DATA CARRIER

PURPOSE:To properly catch the abnormality in reading from the data carrier on the data processor using the non-contact data carrier to be used for a toll facility and equipment. CONSTITUTION:In reading consecutive data bits from a data carrier 20, the minimum value among the autocorrelation peak value of each bit obtained by a correlation arithmetic section 13 of a reader/writer 10 is selected by a minimum value selection section 16 and stored in a memory 15. If the minimum storage value of the memory 15 is below a threshold value at the end of reading the consecutive data bits, it is judged to be read incorrectly and an error is notified.
