PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce erroneous issue of a command to an automatic machine.SOLUTION: An automatic machine 1 includes a command receiving part 31, a command type determination part 32, a command validity determination part 33, a message generation part 34, and a message informing part 35. The command validity determination part 33 acquires the states of the inside and outside the automatic machine 1 from a busy state detection part 36, a schedule checking part 37, a payment transaction allowance detection part 38, a deposit transaction allowance detection part 39, and a client detection part 40, and determines the validity of a command from an automatic machine monitor client 3. A determination is made that, for example, an automatic close investigation command when the automatic machine 1 is busy, a payment transaction cessation command when the machine is full of bank notes, a deposit transaction cessation command when the machine has no bank notes, a medium ejection command when a client is not in front of the automatic machine 1, and a medium recovery command when a client is in front of the automatic machine 1 are not valid. The automatic machine monitor client 3 is informed of the message that they are not valid, thereby making it possible to cancel a command erroneously issued due to operator's judgement mistake and operation mistake. |
