A seal arrangement or turbine secondary air system seal arrangement 62. The seal arrangement comprising first seal surface 72 facing first direction, second seal surface 76 facing second direction which is opposed to the first direction, first and second seal surfaces configured to form a seal together, third surface 78 facing the first direction, fourth surface facing the second direction, the third and fourth seal surfaces configured to form a seal together. The first and fourth seal surfaces are configured to move relative to each other accommodating differential movement of the seal surfaces during use. The turbine secondary air system seal arrangement 62 comprises first seal land 70 facing radially inwardly, second seal land 80 facing radially outwardly and first labyrinth seal teeth 76 directed radially outwardly to seal against the first seal land. Second labyrinth seal teeth 78 are directed radially inwardly to seal against the second seal land. The first seal land configured to move radially relative to the second seal land, or the first seal teeth configured to move radially relatively to the second seal teeth to accommodate differential movement of the lands and teeth during use.
