A steering wheel and horn module, typically comprising an airbag, is provided. Either the module or the steering wheel body have hooks 37a spaced from each other and insertable into holes 44a in the other of the steering wheel and module, with the holes having engagement portions 45a, typically wires biased in a direction crossing the insertion direction of the hooks so that the hooks can engage the engaging portions to support the module. A locking portion 38a is provided between hooks 37a or between holes 44a, typically at a central lower part of the steering wheel body or the module, and is engagingly lockable in a lock receiving portion 47a in an insertion direction of hooks 37a. The horn is caused to sound by movement of the module relative to the steering wheel body so that opposed contact points 39a, 48a on the module and steering wheel body coming into contact. |
