The present disclosure relates to a method, a device and a system for telephone interaction, which belongs to the field of call answering system. The method includes: establishing (201) a voice channel for voice calls with a telephone agent system; establishing (202) a data channel with the telephone agent system when the telephone agent system is in a busy state; acquiring (203) entertainment information provided by the telephone agent system via the data channel; and providing (204) an entertainment service for a user based on the entertainment information on a call interface. In the present disclosure, reduce the problems of the prior art solutions wherein the waiting time for a user is extended by the entertainment service, another call procedure by the user is avoided and thereby the communication resources are saved. |
